MODA S.A.S. DI BAO HAISHUN E C. is a direct clothing manufacturer based in Soliera, Italy. We produce high-quality outerwear garments and sell directly to retailers and customers.
We manufacture and sell outerwear garments including coats, blazers, jackets, and vests. All products are manufactured in our facility in Italy according to Italian quality standards.
Orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Payment terms will be agreed upon separately for each order. Prices are quoted in Euros and exclude applicable taxes and shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
All garments undergo comprehensive quality control inspection before delivery. Customers have the right to inspect goods upon delivery and report any defects within 7 days.
MODA S.A.S. liability is limited to the value of the specific order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
These terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Modena, Italy.
